Please allow between 3-14 days for your item(s) to arrive. We had an extreme case with an order placed before the Anzac and Waitangi break and the original order took more than 15 days to get to the customer who lives in the same city, while the replacement we sent arrived a day before the original order. However this is very rare. Please do email us if your order fails to arrive within 14 days.
Please make sure you entered the correct address information, including unit number etc. and the spelling is correct, please notify us within 24 hours of your payment if you need to correct your address.
A flat fee of $10 will be charged if the ordered tag goes missing due to incorrect address or incorrect engraving information provided, and we will send the replacement tag through track and trace signature required courier post.
Any additional tags or other pet items will be charged at full retail value.
